Refund policy

return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. after 7 days please contact Prep&Go for your best course of action. (Email turlepower402@gmail.com or 4029735281 for customer service. any defective items will be covered by Prep&Go if return deadline is met, all sales at gun shows are final, and exchanges are subject to restocking fee. Prep&go does not offers returns for retailers or distributors, however if circumstances are aggravated then we will discuss for further recourse. please reach out to customer service.
